During this activity you will visit the basilica nuestra Señora de la Altagracia, located in Higüey city, It is the most visited religious monument in the Caribbean and the most important in the country.
You will also visit a public school, which will give you an insight into the Dominican educational system.

Next, you’ll visit a field area where you’ll see the work that is done in the plantations of sugar, coffee, cocoa, tobacco, as well as the process of making Mamajuana (typical Dominican drink).

We’ll continue our journey, and move to the ranch, where you’ll enjoy a horseback ride through the countryside, followed by a typical Dominican lunch.
