2. As long as we have availability and room on the date you decide to change to.

DO YOU EVER DO GIVEAWAYS?

Yes, we do have giveaways. Once a customer has purchased 4 excursions from us. We'll provide a free private transfer from airport to hotel.

If 5 excursions or more. We'll provide both private transfers for free.

HOW LATE IN ADVANCE CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE?

Cancellation and total refund will only apply if the activity cannot be carried out due to weather conditions or if customer presents any medical issue that doesn't permit them to take part in the activity. It should be notified 72 hours before activity date and Dr certificate is required.
